When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion that grows a tremendous peach, rolls into the ocean, and launches a journey of enormous proportions. James befriends a collection of singing insects that ride the giant piece of fruit across the ocean!

MEMORY BOX

Memory Box is a solo play about Ada, a third generation Italian-Canadian who is digging through her Nonna's old storage boxes, trying to learn and understand the story of her Nonna's immigration from the rural town of Reggio Calabria to the bustling city of Toronto Ontario. This piece was written in dedicated to Chloé's own grandparents and she is currently in the process of expanding it further.

ADOMANIA: an immersive digital play

A missing student. A shattered window. A laptop with a pending update. After University of Toronto student Robin Nova goes missing, ADOMANIA follows the people left behind as they try to piece together the story and cope with what they’ve lost. This experimental and immersive born-digital play invites audiences to join the Instagram Live-Streams of its characters to work through how we connect and change under the imminent threat of an undefined future that arrives all too quickly.

THROUGH THE CRACKS

WINNER of the UTM English and Drama Society's 48 playwriting competition in 2021.
Through The Cracks traces the story of two childhood best friends who use extraordinary means to keep in touch when their parents and their circumstances try to keep them apart. Above all else, this is a story about friendship, strength, and our innate desire for authentic connection.
